Shipping Policy
RouteArrows are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders will be shipped via standard parcel post within one business day after processing.
UK orders can expect 1-3 shipping days after processing
EU orders can take as much as 5-15 shipping days after processing.
Commercial addresses are often a day faster than residential.
Expedited shipping is also available as well as International shipping.
Please provide your Tax Reference number when ordering (if you have one) as this will help with Customs clearance post Brexit.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
Unused/Undamaged purchases can be returned or exchanged for up to
45 days from the date of purchase. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.
All returns must be approved by email before they will be accepted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping expenses.
